Our company, Mongolyn Alt (MAK) LLC, is implementing the "MAK Internship" paid internship program starting from the 2022-2024 school year. As part of an expanded memorandum of understanding, the program aims to train young students who are in demand in the labor market, specifically those studying relevant professions. These students will receive structured and systematic training at the company’s premises, units, factories, and mines, preparing them for the workplace and providing opportunities for continued employment.

The program is being implemented in collaboration with four universities: National University (NU), Agricultural University, SHUTIS, and GMIT (German-Mongolian Institute for Resources and Technology), as well as three local polytechnic colleges in Ulaanbaatar, five local polytechnic colleges, and the Mongolian University of Technology (MUT). We have signed 3-5-year cooperation memorandums with these institutions.

In addition to the internship program, Mongolyn Alt (MAK) LLC is committed to social responsibility projects in three main areas: education, health, and sports. For example, under our education support policy, we have established schools and kindergartens in industrial and mining-affected areas, such as Gurvantes Soum in Umnogovi Province and Dalanjargalan Soum in Dornogovi Province.
